A KITCHEN ADVENTURE 🥤 Raw Energy Smoothie

This week, we’re blending up a smoothie that’s pure vitality in a glass. It’s loaded with healthy fats, antioxidants, fiber, and plant-powered nutrients to energize your body from the inside out.

Perfect for a morning pick-me-up or a mid-afternoon revival!

📝 Ingredients

• 1 handful of almonds                                              - 1 tsp. sesame seeds

• 1 apple (cored)                                                       - 1/2 inch piece of ginger (peeled)

• 1 carrot                                                                  - 1 tsp. molasses

• 1 stalk of celery                                                 - 1 handful of pumpkin seeds

• 1 tsp. flax seeds                                                  - 3 cups of water

• 1 scoop of super greens powder                     - 1 tsp. collagen powder

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the ingredients

• Core the apple and cut it into chunks.

• Chop the carrot into smaller pieces.

• Chop the celery into smaller pieces.

• Peel a small piece of ginger (about 1/2 inch).

2. Add everything to the blender

• Put the almonds, apple, carrot, celery, flax seeds, sesame seeds, ginger, molasses, pumpkin seeds, super greens powder, and collagen powder into the blender.

• Pour in the 3 cups of water (you can use more or less depending on how thick or thin you want the smoothie).

3. Blend until smooth

• Blend everything together until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Add more water if needed to thin it out.

4. Taste and adjust

• Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavor if you’d like by adding more molasses for sweetness or more ginger for a kick.

5. Serve

• Divide the smoothie evenly into two glasses. Enjoy!
